Data from Cigna Healthcare's 360 Well-being Survey shows that more than half of respondents surveyed in the Middle East had little confidence in meeting their own or their family’s medical needs. Rising costs of healthcare and well-being activities are making it difficult to stay healthy.

Poor employee health doesn't only affect your team - it can also cost your business money, as it impacts productivity levels. The report highlights the need to build a work culture where people feel supported and can seek help when they need it. On a positive note, the report also shows that the Middle East is faring better in overall well-being than other markets surveyed.

Findings include the following highlights:

54% of respondents say their ability to meet their or their family’s medical needs is poor
25% of respondents in the Middle East say inflation is their top concern
43% of respondents in the Middle East feel that their financial situation is good. This is significantly higher than the global average of 33%.
